As the Administrator of Staff Seekers, Leondra has been an integral part of our company for more than a decade.  She “wears many hats” and makes sure all the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed!  Having worked for both corporate and private companies, Leondra brings 20 years of customer service experience to you.  She has held several supervisory positions and showcases her exceptional administrative skills daily. 

 
Leondra is extremely dedicated and motivated to develop creative solutions as the staffing environment is everchanging. Working with Staff Seekers gives her the chance to broaden her skills through continuing education and training courses.  She genuinely cares about the people she is working with and is interested in helping them achieve their goals.  


Personally, Leondra loves spending time with her husband and son.  Family and friends are most important to her whether it’s enjoying a backyard BBQ or attending her son’s hockey games.  She and her family are both Anaheim Ducks’ and Angel’s fans.  She is passionate about cooking, gardening and canning.  Music fuels her and “No Doubt” has been her favorite band forever. 
 
When asked what she likes best about Staff Seekers, Leondra says she has found the feeling of friendship and family at Staff Seekers which is what she strives to bring to our clients and candidates alike.

Our Team

Brenda is the newest member of our Staff Seekers team! Based in Western New York, Brenda is responsible for our marketing programs and for keeping our digital presence updated!  She has a degree in Marketing from DePaul University and has a background in Computer Consulting and Financial Services.  She most recently accepted the position at Staff Seekers, enabling her to stay home and work remotely, which has been a blessing to her and her family. 

 

Brenda has always been a people pleaser.  One of the most rewarding aspects of working for Staff Seekers is knowing that she is making a difference in helping people find a job that fits their skills and interests and makes them happy.

Brenda has been married for 11 years and has two boys.  She enjoys planning school social activities, party planning and participating in community fundraisers.

Elaine’s passion for continuous improvement through ongoing education provides up-to-date support as well as proactively adapt to the dynamics in the newly changing workforce.  She strives to ensure the best possible experience for her clients and candidates and takes pride in the company’s personalized service.

As an active member of the state and national associations, Elaine has held several Board of Director positions at the local level.  She is also a member of the Employer Advisory Council of Orange County.  Elaine received her Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA, has a Human Resource certification and is credentialed as a California Accredited Consultant (C.A.C.) as well as a national Certified Staffing Professional (C.S.P.)

On a personal note, Elaine is a “Zumba – aholic” and plays the piano.  Most of all, she enjoys time with her husband and children especially when they are boating or entertaining family and friends.

As President and CEO of Staff Seekers, Inc.  Elaine launched her Dental Staffing Company for Direct Hire and Temporary placement in 1992.  Her expertise includes more than 30 years of hands-on experience.  She has successfully helped more than 900 offices, guiding them through the hiring process. Staff Seekers’ recruiting process (or 8-step process) is designed to strengthen the quality and results of the placement. Staff Seekers was built on the philosophy of becoming an extension of the clients’ team as well as an advocate for the candidates.
